The Recron standard conditions apply. Our terms of delivery are registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Meppel and available for everyone at the reception. You can also download the conditions below.

Youth or young people traveling alone and groups
The minimum age of the main person making the reservation has to be 23 years. For more information, contact us at 0592-393535. Young people traveling alone and (student) associations are not allowed.

Deposit
For a number of accommodations and during events we ask our guests to pay a deposit. This amount varies and depends on the period and the average age of the guest(s).

Prices
No rights can be derived from any printing or typing errors on our price list. All changes for all prices on the price list are subject to change.

Cancellation fund
You can plan your vacation with extra security by participating in the cancellation fund. This allows you to save yourself the costs that are usually applicable when you are forced to cancel your reservation. Reimbursement through the cancellation fund of Holiday Park Witterzomer only applies if one of the following reasons of which you cannot be certain at the time of booking apply:

  • Sudden illness and/or accidents involving one of the accompanying family members.
  • Serious illness or death concerning family not traveling with your party (1st or 2nd degree).
  • Unexpected call for military service, other than in the case of mobilization.
  • Involuntary unemployment of the breadwinner.
  • If a job is offered after a period of unemployment (min. 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months) and the employer does not agree with the booked vacation.
  • Fire, storm damage or lightning strike to your home or household effects, making presence desirable.
  • Unexpected, forced relocation or allocation of a rental property (within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date).
  • Not being able to use the means of transport and/or camping intended for the holiday due to theft, fire or unexpected motor or car damage within three weeks prior to the planned arrival date.

Conditions

  • The cancellation fund must also be booked within 24 hours after you have made reservations for your holiday.
  • The cancellation insurance is valid up to and including the day of departure.
  • At all times, Holiday Park Witterzomer requests proof of the reasons mentioned above for cancellation.
  • The costs for participation amount to 5.5% of the total amount owed for the rented objects and €6 for the insurance.
  • When canceling based on one of the reasons mentioned above, 5.5% of the total amount due, €6.00 for the insurance and the reservation costs will be charged. The remaining travel sum will be reimbursed.
  • If your holiday has to be terminated prematurely based on the reasons mentioned above, you will be reimbursed in proportion.

Payments
For reservations, made more than 10 weeks prior to arrival, applies: the first payment installment consists of 50% of the total amount within 2 weeks after the reservation, the remaining amount (2nd installment) 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you do not pay on time, you will receive a 1st reminder after the deadline has passed, stating that the payment term must be paid within 7 days. After this period has passed, you will receive a second urgent reminder that you must pay within 3 days. If you do not comply, we will cancel your reservation.

If you book 4 to 10 weeks prior to the arrival date, the payment term (the full amount) is within one week after the reservation. If you do not pay on time, you will receive an urgent reminder after the deadline has passed that you must pay within 3 days. If you do not comply, we will cancel your reservation.

For reservations made 4 weeks to 3 days prior to arrival, the entire amount must be paid within 24 hours. If not paid after 24 hours, we will cancel your reservation.

If you book within 3 days prior to arrival, you can transfer the amount or pay upon arrival. Showing a proof of payment (if transferred) is required upon arrival.

You will receive a confirmation email of your payment.

  • Prices mentioned do not include mandatory service costs* (= final cleaning and bed linen), tourist tax, administration costs, deposit and any preferential costs, unless stated otherwise
  • Changes, prices and printing errors subject to change
  • Discounts do not apply to reservations that have been made earlier
  • Offers are not valid in combination with other offers, packages, last minutes and/or discounts
  • Making reservations for offers in advance is mandatory. Reservations can be made up to and including the day prior to arrival.
